Projekt Enakopravna moč ženskam izvajata Izida Vita, Maribor, s partnerjem ICS Skopje v Makedoniji na podlagi sredstev programa Ministrstva za zunanje zadeve Republike Slovenije. Namen projekta je spodbujanje uravnotežene zastopanosti in udeležbe žensk in moških na najvišjih položajih upravljanja in vodenja v gospodarstvu, transfer znanja na nevladne organizacije in mlade ter ozaveščanje in promocija pomena uravnotežene zastopanosti spolov na vseh nivojih in področjih.
Projektne dejavnosti so usmerjene v:
V Makedoniji je to prvi tovrstni projekt, ki povezuje vladne ter nevladne organizacije, mlade, izobraževalne institucije in gospodarstvo ter aktivno deluje na prenosu znanja in izkušenj iz evropskih držav v makedonski prostor; pri tem ne gre le za prenos, marveč za usposabljanje in opolnomočenje različnih ciljnih skupin z namenom, da le-te prenesejo znanje in možna orodja za uravnoteženost po spolu v organizacijah na različnih nivojih v svoje delovno, poslovno in osebno okolje. Ob tem poteka strukturirano in proaktivno osveščanje prek družbenih in množičnih medijev, pri čemer na nevsilji način predstavljamo različna dejstva, ki govorijo v prid raznolikosti in vključenosti (tudi po spolu). V okviru projekta smo pripravili tudi Smernice za uravnoteženost vodenja po spolu v makedonskem jeziku. Najdete jih lahko tukaj.
